練習にはリストバンド必須なのです。腕が赤くなるどころか腫れちゃうので。
外でも使えるような可愛いリストバンドが欲しいな〜と思うのですが、リストバンド自体お店であまり見かけないよね。
スポーツ店とかいけばあるのかなー？探してみよっと〜。
